Refund policy

1. Digital products (downloadable files) Because of their nature, digital products cannot be refunded once downloaded. If you cannot download a file or it arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will send a working copy or refund you in full. 2. Printed and physical products You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. If an item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, we will replace it or refund it in full, including the delivery fee. In other cases the customer pays the cost of returning the item. 3. Cancelling an order You can cancel your order for a full refund as long as it has not yet been shipped or handed over. 4. How refunds are paid Refunds go back the way you paid: online (Thawani) payments to the same card, and bank transfers to your bank account. Refunds are processed within 7 working days of approval; your bank may take a few extra days to show the amount. 5. Free products The refund policy does not apply to free products. 6.
